Farm Re-development Project

The Planning and Environment Studio Ltd (PES) is excited to move to the detailed design stage of proposals for a comprehensive re-development scheme of a former farm complex in the Nottinghamshire Green Belt.

The planning strategy to deliver up to 5 new dwellings has entailed a staged series of actions to date, including securing Lawful Development Certificates for current building uses and extensive protected species surveys. Pre-application advice with the LPA has been receptive to the general approach and architectural sketch schemes rehearsed with the clients are now being taken forward.
