Graham Bradford Director of the Planning and Environment Studio Ltd (PES) recently had the opportunity to visit a former client’s construction site as it neared completion.

Graham won permission for a detached dwelling within a Conservation Area and the GreenBelt in Western Nottinghamshire.

The planning context for the clients’ aspirations was challenging on a highly constrained site but through a focused planning strategy and a successful appeal case, planning permissions were secured.

All parties of the development team brought together were delighted with the outcome and the results speak for themselves!
